Meet the founder
Shaun Wong
Shaun’s passion for technology started when he was just a kid. Growing up, he got his hands on a Windows 98 computer, and that’s when the magic happened. He became fascinated with how technology worked and how it could solve problems, and that early curiosity never left him.
His career in tech began in the IT industry, working at a computer shop helping everyday people troubleshoot and optimise their computers. Over time he moved into commercial IT, managing larger systems and adapting to the growing shift toward cloud technologies.
But Shaun didn’t stop there. Seeing how quickly the tech world was evolving, he dived into coding and software development. After honing his skills at a digital agency and working across a variety of projects, he saw the potential for innovation and scalability in software.
With a solid foundation of technical expertise and a passion for solving real-world problems, Shaun took the leap to start Tech Hero, a way to combine his skills with his commitment to helping others thrive in the digital world.
